• Due to the personalized nature of our services, all bookings and payments are final.

• Once a consultation or service is booked and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another individual or service.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• In case you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, you may request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is allowed one time without any additional charge. Further changes may incur additional fees.

3. Service Issues
